Shivam Srivastava: Shivam graduated from IIT Kanpur in 2007, and has
since been working with Prudential Process Management Services, Mumbai as an
Actuarial Analyst. Before joining Prudential, Shivam worked as a Research Staff
at Powder Metallurgy Lab, IIT Kanpur, and then for a short term at Center For
Metal & Fibre Research, Deakin University, Australia. Shivam has a keen interest
in music and likes to play keyboard in his spare time.

Shubham Srivastava: Shubham graduated from BITS Pilani in 2009, and is
currently working with Deloitte Consulting India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai as Business
Technology Analyst. Shubham has also worked for short terms at Reliance Energy
Ltd, and Patni Computer Systems Ltd before joining Deloitte. Shubham likes
playing Table Tennis and listening to Rehman, Lucky Ali, Metallica, Pink Floyd
and Nirvana in leisure.

Charudatta Galande: Charu is currently a doctoral student at Rice
University in Houston, Texas, USA. He graduated from IIT Kanpur in 2007. He
worked for a year at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai after
graduation. Despite his engineering background, Charu is an artist in spirit - a
keen observer, photographer and writer. He also entertains diverse interests
such as sound mixing, making short-films and travelling to random destinations
apart from movies and music.

Shefali Srivastava: Shefali holds a master’s degree in English literature and Education from University of Delhi. She has taught in schools of Delhi. She has also worked on projects such as conducting an evaluation study and a baseline study for two NGOs based in Delhi. Shefali likes to paint and listen to music in her free time.

Siddhartha Jain: Siddharth graduated from IIT Kanpur in 2008 with a B.Tech & M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, and has been working with the Capital Markets division at Nomura (ex-Lehman Brothers) in Mumbai since then. Siddharth has been involved with research activities in network and wireless technologies through internships with Microsoft (India, 2005), EPFL (Lausanne, 2006), NUS (Singapore, 2006), and UNSW (Sydney, Australia). He is an avid traveler and indulges in music.

Neerav Verma: Neerav Verma is currently a PhD candidate at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylavania, USA. He completed his B.Tech in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2007, and then
MS, Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in May 2009. He also worked for a short term at EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland as a summer intern
in 2006. Neerav likes to do sketching/painting, playing computer games and listening to music in his spare time.

Sandeep Shinde: Sandeep graduated from IIT Kanpur in 2007 with a B.Tech
in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering, and then worked with Schlumberger (Oil
& Gas Industry) as a Field Engineer based at Mumbai. He also has a
short-term experience of working at TATA Steel, Jamshedpur and is currently
working as Asst. Manager - Business Strategy at Wadhawan Holdings, Mumbai. He is
a sports enthusiast to the core and is avidly involved into biking, trekking,
other adventure sports and photography.

Sumeet Malik: Sumeet graduated from IIT Bombay in 2008 with a B.Tech & M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering & Materials Science. Since then he has been working with Deutsche Bank as Analyst, Global Prime Finance. Sumeet is a travel enthusiast & an adventurer to the core, and still pursues his passion for football in spare time after office. He believes in using his potential for positive social impact.

Amit Bhansali: Amit completed Masters in Mechanical Engineering from
Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, US in 2009. Since then he has been
working as an Energy/Commissioning Engineer at Command Commissioning LLC in
Dallas, Texas. His passions include travelling, photography, reading and
singing, and he is working towards starting an orphange in Indore.

Akash Raman: Akash is currently a PhD candidate at the Harvard University. A graduate from BITS-Pilani, Goa, Akash was the founder Co-President of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL)
on campus. He has an array of research stints at Infineon Technologies (Singapore), Indian Institute of Astrophysics (Bangalore) and Raman Research Institute (Bangalore). Interested in the areas of non-profits, development at the BoP, and education, he currently leads
an alumni run initiative for higher education - BITS2MSPhD. He is also a StartingBloc fellow, and will be attending the institute in Feb-Mar 2010. |

Sanghamitra Dey: Sanghamitra graduated from Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University with BSc(Hons), Statistics in 2006. She worked with McKinsey Knowledge Centre for about two years in Analytics/Corporate Risk Analytics, and then joined Prudential Process Management Services, Mumbai as an Actuarial Analyst. She enjoys listening to music, watching movies and reading in her spare time.

Mohammad Asif Khan: Asif graduated from IIT Kanpur in 2009 with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering. He is presently working in Data Ratings Intelligence, a financial firm in Bangalore. He has had internship experiences
at National Institute for Material Science, Tsukuba, Japan and Audi Cars, Neckarsulm, Germany. His interests include travelling, learning about different cultures, sociology and finance.

Saurabh Yadav: Saurabh Yadav is currently an undergraduate student at BITS Pilani. In June 2010, he will receive
degrees in Biological Sciences and Mechanical Engineering. He has done internships at Imperial
College London, UK and Technical University of Dresden, Germany. He likes making new friends
and is fond of travelling.

Pankaj Tanwar: Pankaj graduated from IIT Kanpur in 2007 with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, and has been working with the Drilling and Measurements segment of Schlumerberger in China since. He also has been involved with research activities with the HVAC laboratory of HUT (Helsinki) during his internship in 2006, working on optimizing the heating and ventilating systems of a normal Finnish home. He is a sports enthusiast besides being an ardent traveler.

Harshit Vaish: Harshit holds a Masters degree from Stanford University in California, USA, and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He currently works as a strategy consulting analyst at the San Francisco office of Keystone Strategy. Harshit's prior work experiences include stints at Cogent Energy in Concord, California and Goldman Sachs in Bangalore, India. Harshit is deeply interested in areas of web-based technology, clean-tech, social entrepreneurship and micro-finance. In his spare time, Harshit enjoys adventure sports, traveling, and cooking.
